Verification of crisis must be received before being screened for emergency assistance. Persons in need of immediate, temporary, or emergency assistance should call our office at (540) 382-6186. An over the phone intake will be conducted and will inform what documentation is needed to support eligibility. Assistance can be provided in the areas of food, clothing, household items, and/or financial assistance.
